Q. What is your return policy?

Ans.


Biosis offers a 30 day return policy on merchandise based on the following conditions:
You need an RMA # which we will issue to you. You must have this visibly in writing on the outside of the box. You can click here to go through the returns process online or call one of our customer service representatives at (800)246747 and they will assist you with your RMA. Merchandise must be returned 100% complete in original packaging with all software, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: If you have defective merchandise you are responsible for the shipping cost when returning your merchandise. We will gladly issue you a refund, store credit, or replace the defective product with an even exchange of the same item.

NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: If you have non-defective merchandise which is unopened, we will issue you an RMA # and will give you an address to ship the product to at your expense subject to a 15% restocking fee or more, depending on the item, manufacturer policies, and circumstances. Return shipping to us is at your expense. If the merchandise has been opened and is not defective, we can not issue you an RMA.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE ABOVE POLICIES: Custom orders, bulk orders, volume licensing software, and other products designated as "This Sale Final", "No Returns", or similar language may not be returned.

BEYOND 30 DAYS: When you purchase any product from Biosis, you are entitled to its manufacturer's warranty against defective merchandise. Many manufacture's policies require that you contact them directly so they could assist you by repairing, returning or replacing your item. Most manufacturers have one year warranties, however some are for extended periods of time. Please call one of our warranty specialists at (800) 246747 if you are interested in purchasing an extended warranty for your product.
 

Q. I do not have a credit card, can I still place an order?

YES! We do accept checks and money orders. Customers using this payment option can download our order form, fill it out and mail it with your payment to:

Other forms of payment are accepted if you do not wish to use your credit card for online purchasing. We accept business & educational purchase orders, checks, wire transfers and money orders. For wire transfer information please call (800)246747. Wire transfers are released for shipment upon verification from our bank. Please note if you are paying by check, your order will not be shipped until verification of that check can be made. Please put your invoice number on your payment to ensure prompt and accurate application of payment. Q. Handling methods

At checkout, the order handling charges are automatically calculated. We have several warehouses located through out the India to ensure you a faster delivery. Our Shipping and Handling Charges include our costs for customer service, processing and shipping, returns and exchanges, and some overhead

Q. How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

Ans.

A shipping fee is charged based on the shipping method you select from the checkout process. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. This way, you can check delivery status!

Q. How can I delete an unwanted item from my shopping cart?

Ans.


You can delete an unwanted item from your shopping cart by Clicking on the checkbox (in the "delete" section) next to the unwanted item. After you Checked off all the items you do not want Click the "Update Cart" Button located directly below the delete and Quantity section of your cart.

If you need to empty your cart, please check mark all items and click the "Update Cart" button.

 

Q. How do I add items to my shopping cart?

You can add items to your shopping cart by either using our search engine to find the item(s) that you wish to purchase or by browsing through our categories and/or our website. Once you find an item(s) you'd like to buy, simply hit the button closest to the item(s) you are interested in to add the selected item(s) to your shopping cart. At this point, you can change the quantity of items you'd like to order, delete an item, empty the shopping cart, continue shopping, or check out.
